Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 can coconut milk, 400 ml
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g agave syrup or maple syrup
- 150 g margarine, dairy-free
- 400 g spelt flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolks with the remaining ingredients and fold in the beaten egg whites. Turn on the waffle iron and bake the waffles. I hope you enjoy my homemade waffle recipe as much as we do.
