Spaghetti with tomato cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, (Tomato al gusto)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • Cheese, grated
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, creamy and soooo delicious!

Pre-cook the spaghetti. Dice the ham and fry it in hot oil. Mix the tomato sauce with the crème fraîche and add it to the ham. Bring to a boil once, then add the spaghetti. Serve on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. Delicious and simple!
