Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fruity cocktail for children

Mix the blackcurrant juice and cherry juice. Pour into cocktail glasses and top with the mineral water. To garnish for older children, I pit cherries in the summer and skewer them, alternating with fresh mint, on cocktail sticks, then place the skewers on the rim of the glass. Younger children enjoy fruit jelly cherries on the rim of the glass. Tip: Another fun addition is ice cubes made from frozen berries—we tried this with raspberries, and all the kids, big and small, were happy.
