Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lime(s), unpeeled
  • 100 ml ginger ale
  • 2 cl syrup (elderflower)
  • Ice, crushed
  • 1 sprig(s) mint, fresh

Instructions

delicious summer drink

Rinse the lime under hot water, rub dry, cut into eighths, and place in a glass. Squeeze in a little lime juice using a fork or muddler. Pour in the elderflower syrup and add crushed ice to taste (at least 2 tablespoons), then top with the ginger ale. Wash the mint, pat dry, and add to the glass as a garnish.
