Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- Ginger
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, sambal oelek, water, soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey. Finely chop the garlic and add it. Cut a small slice of ginger, peel it, and finely chop it, then add it to the bowl with the garlic. Mix thoroughly with a hand blender and pour into a small dipping bowl. Tip: Perfect with vegan fondue.
