Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 large carrot(s), very finely grated
- 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the onions and grate the carrots. Then place everything in a bowl with the cream cheese and mix well with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with crackers or sliced white bread.
