  • 1 tube(s) of tomato paste, 200 g each
  • 1 tbsp, heaped herb cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegetarian, few ingredients

To make the creamy tomato sauce, bring the heavy cream to a boil and add the tomato paste. Blend the tomato paste until smooth and continue to simmer. Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper, chili, and Italian herbs. Season the sauce to taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Then stir in the honey and, if necessary, add a little water if you prefer a slightly thinner consistency. Top the sauce with the basil and pour it over the pasta. If you like, you can also add some chopped sausages. This will, of course, no longer be vegetarian, but it will still be a favorite with children.
