Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup cottage cheese, 200 g
- 1 pot of Greek yogurt, 125 g
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 half cucumber(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 1 tomato(s)

with cottage cheese
Wash the cucumber thoroughly and grate it coarsely. Then, mix it in a bowl with a little salt and let it stand for 15 minutes. Then, place the cucumber in a sieve and press out any excess liquid. This works quite well with the back of a spoon. Peel the garlic. Combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, the juiced cucumber, and the garlic press in a bowl. Mix thoroughly, taste again, and add more seasoning if desired. Let it stand for 30 minutes. Transfer the tzatziki to a plate. Slice the tomato and egg and garnish the plate with them.
