Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g peaches or nectarines
- 300 g carrot(s)
- 500 ml orange juice
- 75 g crème fraîche
- 2 limes

Wash peaches or nectarines, dry them, halve them, remove the stones, and cut into pieces. Peel and dice the carrots, then blend them with the fruit, crème fraîche, and just under 1/3 of the orange juice in a blender until very smooth. Gradually add the remaining orange juice and blend. Wash the limes in hot water, dry them, slice them, and then quarter them. Pour the smoothie into glasses, add lime slices, and place them on the rims, if desired.
