- 300 ml schnapps (fruit brandy)
- 375 g sugar
- 3 cloves
- 1 anise (star anise)
Instructions

Combine everything in a tightly sealed bowl, lightly crush the pitted plums, and let it ripen for about 6 weeks, stirring occasionally.
