Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • n. B. Fruit (e.g. apples, plums or rhubarb)
  • Butter for the mold
  • 100 g flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 70 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

very easy, especially for beginners

Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan-assisted). Combine all the ingredients for the batter, except the fruit, in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Pour the batter into a buttered springform pan. Chop and peel the fruit. Then place the fruit on top of the batter. Knead the crumble ingredients until the crumbles are small and crumbly. Finally, spread the crumble over the fruit and bake the cake at 150°C for 40 minutes.
