Apple pie with nuts, quickly prepared

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine or butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g ground walnuts or hazelnuts
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 350 g apples, grated
  • 300 g flour
  • some rum
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sponge cake

Beat the fat, sugar, and eggs with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and beat again for a few minutes. Pour into a greased springform pan or loaf pan and bake at 180°C on the middle shelf of the oven for about 60 minutes.
