Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 500 g flour
- ¼ liter of milk
- 200g Nutella
- 1 tbsp orange liqueur or orange juice
- 1 tbsp margarine for the mold
- some powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
First, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs. Then, stir in the salt, flour sifted with baking powder, and milk. Divide the batter in half. Stir the Nutella into one half and the orange liqueur or orange juice into the other. Grease the cake pan and pour in the light batter first, then the dark batter. Mix the batter together with a fork to form a spiral. Bake the cake at 175°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven: 150°C) for 60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to finish.
