Tuna steaks with pesto

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • some olive oil
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some turmeric
  • 2 tuna steaks
  • some pesto a la Genovese
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare a marinade for the tuna using lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and turmeric. Add the tuna and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. Then, in a pan, fry it briefly on both sides in hot oil. Serve with some Pesto alla Genovese on the plate and serve with the fish. Serve with parsley potatoes and your choice of vegetables.
