Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ pack of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream together the butter, sugar, and egg. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and fold in. Reserve some for the crumble topping, then spread the rest on the bottom of a springform pan and press down lightly. For the filling, combine the butter, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla pudding, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and quark. Spread on the base. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Form the crumble and spread it on the quark mixture. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 170-175 degrees Celsius.
