The quick perfect dressing

Put all the ingredients in a shaker and mix well. Wash and finely chop the herbs from the garden, of course. You can also add diced onion and garlic. Put everything in the shaker. If you like the recipe, you can mark an empty screw-top jar with lines and next time you just have to pour in and it will be even quicker. This dressing tastes like a cream sauce. It goes well with raw vegetables, leaf salads and vegetables. This dressing even goes well with potato salad, with a little more salt. Half the amount is enough for one lettuce. The leftover will keep wonderfully in a screw-top jar in the fridge for 1-2 days. Then you have something left over for between meals. A carrot or even radishes taste wonderful with it.
