Pepper salad with feta cheese and garlic

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tsp oil or the brine of the feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and chop the bell peppers. Chop or dice the feta cheese. Press the garlic through a press. Add to the salad with salt, pepper, and oil (if there’s not enough brine) and toss everything gently. Season to taste.
