Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 100 ml oil, good
- n. B. water
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine balsamic vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and parsley in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender. Slowly add the oil and continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Then slowly add water until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper. Tip: The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for about 2-3 weeks.
