Lamb's lettuce with bacon and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 1 tsp vinegar (wild blueberry vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, spicy
  • 1 tbsp oil, cold-pressed walnut oil
  • 3 walnuts (half)
  • 80 g bacon, well marbled
  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry briefly in a hot pan until crispy. Dress the lamb’s lettuce with the dressing. Only then, place the bacon and crushed walnuts over the salad on the plate.
