Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- 1 tsp vinegar (wild blueberry vinegar)
- 1 tbsp olive oil, spicy
- 1 tbsp oil, cold-pressed walnut oil
- 3 walnuts (half)
- 80 g bacon, well marbled
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- Salt
- pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry briefly in a hot pan until crispy. Dress the lamb’s lettuce with the dressing. Only then, place the bacon and crushed walnuts over the salad on the plate.
