Chocolate-mango layered dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 300 g quark
  • possibly milk
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Paradise Cream Chocolate)
  • 400 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, peel and stone the mango, then place it in a blender along with the quark and blend. For a creamier texture, add a little milk if desired. Once everything is well blended, chill the cream. Prepare the paradise cream powder and milk according to the package instructions. Prepare glasses. Then, using a spoon, alternate layers of mango cream and chocolate cream into the glasses until all ingredients are used up. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Other fruits can be used instead of the mango.
