Simple raspberry chocolate dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g sugar
  • ½ bar of chocolate, whole milk
  • ½ bar of white chocolate
  • 750 g raspberries, frozen or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw and drain the raspberries (if frozen). Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and sugar until stiff, then fold in the sour cream and quark. Grate the chocolate finely and fold in. Place the raspberries in a shallow bowl, then top with the quark mixture. Tip: You can also add almond flakes to the mixture or other ingredients as desired.
