Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pc. puff pastry
  • 2 bars of chocolate (whole nut)
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry. Finely chop the chocolate (alternatively, add almonds and dark chocolate). Roll the chopped chocolate into the puff pastry, forming a croissant shape. Brush the dough with a little egg if desired. Only cover the corners. Bake in an oven preheated to approximately 200-225 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for approximately 10-15 minutes. It tastes best lukewarm.
