Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g mozzarella
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), orange, green or yellow
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dice the mozzarella. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the bell peppers. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix the mozzarella with the bell pepper pieces and drizzle with the dressing. You can also mix it in. Delicious as a salad or spread on bread.
