Lettuce in mascarpone dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 100 g milk
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar di Modena
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce. Wash, halve, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Wash and slice the cucumber. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Arrange the lettuce, bell peppers, and cucumber on plates or in small bowls and drizzle with the dressing.
