Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g lentils
- ¼ tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp chives, in rolls or spring onion, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Mustard
- Soy sauce to taste:
- Salt to taste:
- Pepper to taste:
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix and puree the cooked lentils and all other ingredients, chill – done.
