Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g lentils
  • ¼ tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tbsp chives, in rolls or spring onion, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Mustard
  • Soy sauce to taste:
  • Salt to taste:
  • Pepper to taste:

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix and puree the cooked lentils and all other ingredients, chill – done.
