Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 3 cups sour cream
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 250 g butter
- 1 pack of almonds, flakes
- 1 pack of ground almonds
- 5 tbsp sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the eggs, vanilla sugar, and 2 cups of sugar until fluffy, then alternately add the flour and sour cream. Finally, add the baking powder to the batter. Place the batter in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Remove after 15 minutes, spread the remaining ingredients over the baked batter, and bake the cake for another 15 minutes.
