Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g chicken breast
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 bell peppers
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 250 g rice
- 1 cube of vegetable stock
- 2 tomatoes
- 125 g bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces. Chop the onions and crush the garlic cloves. Finely slice the peeled bell peppers. Heat the oil. Add the curry and fry with the meat. Add the rice and sauté until translucent. Add the prepared vegetables and garlic and fry briefly. Add the water and dissolve the vegetable stock cube. Cook for about 25 minutes. Chop the tomatoes. Chop the bacon. Add the tomatoes shortly before the end of the cooking time and heat through.
