Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can apricot(s)
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 100 g chocolate shavings
- 50 g almonds
- 2 cl apricot liqueur
- Fat, for the shape
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain the apricots and cut into pieces. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the eggs, one at a time. Sift the flour and baking powder together. Gradually stir in the almonds and chocolate, then add the liqueur. Fold in the apricot pieces. Grease a 26 cm springform pan, pour in the batter, and smooth the surface. Bake for approximately 60 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
