Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 250 g cream cheese
- 200 g crème fraîche
- ½ onion(s)
- some garlic, finely chopped
- lots of herbs of your choice, chopped, fresh or frozen
- some lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- possibly spice mix (herb butter spice salt) if required

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Great with jacket potatoes or baguette – at a party or barbecue
Peel and dice the onion. Mix the quark with the cream cheese and crème fraîche. Add the herbs and garlic. Season generously with spices, if desired. It’s simple, but always a hit. It’s great both with and without fat, and in a low-calorie, low-fat version.
