Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 ml milk
- 150 ml cream
- 3 garlic cloves
- 80 g Parmesan
- Salt

Heat the milk and cream, then melt the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir in 3 crushed garlic cloves. Season gently with salt, if desired.
