Lime strawberries with apple and strawberry cream and lemon balm

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g strawberries
  • e.g. lime juice, fresh
  • 1 cup of cream, 200 g
  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • ½ apple
  • 2 sprigs lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Hull and wash the strawberries, halve or quarter them, and drizzle with lime juice. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Wash, core, and finely dice the apple. Fold the apple cubes and syrup into the cream. Serve the strawberries with the cream and arrange the torn lemon balm on top.
