Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 250 g sour cream (10%)
  • 250 g yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix everything together. Option 1: Finely chop around 3 small bunches of herbs (parsley, chives, thyme, lovage, etc.). The herbs should look like pinhead-sized dots. This option depends on the fineness of the herbs. Option 2: As in item 1, but add 3-4 cloves of garlic. Option 3: Season with hot paprika, cayenne pepper, and 2-3 thinly sliced fresh chili peppers. Be careful when seasoning, as the heat won’t come through immediately. Option 4: Season with curry (preferably spicy Madras curry). Option 5: Season with mustard. Option 6: Add finely diced onions. Tip: I always make the basic sauce and divide it into smaller portions so that you have a bit of everything.
