Grilled tile meat muffins

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pieces of meat (tile meat)
  • 1 tsp. Paprika powder, smoked
  • 1 tbsp, heaped gyro seasoning
  • 1 tbsp, heaped BBQ rub (Magic Dust) or a similar BBQ rub

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Spray the muffin tin with non-stick spray. Combine the gyro seasoning mix, paprika powder, and Magic Dust in a bowl. Sprinkle the tiled meat with the mixed seasoning mix. Roll up each piece of tiled meat, place it in the muffin tin, and press down lightly. Preheat the grill to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the muffin tin in an indirectly heated part of the grill and grill for about 35 minutes. Enjoy!
