Light salad dressing for green or mixed salads

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp linseed oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • ½ tsp salt (tomato-mozzarella salt)
  • ½ tsp paprika powder, mild
  • n. B. Pepper, black
  • 10 dashes of liquid Maggi, or more to taste
  • 5 tbsp vinegar, with 3.8 – 5% acidity
  • 50 ml condensed milk, with 4% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, combine the condensed milk, vinegar, mustard, and linseed oil. Then add the spices and liquid Maggi and mix. Since the condensed milk is slightly sweet, this dressing doesn’t need a pinch of sugar to round out the flavor. The dressing goes perfectly with green and mixed salads. With a little more mustard and a sprinkling of dill, it also goes well with cucumber salad. With a raw egg yolk, it goes well with chicory salad.
