Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 oranges
- 2 avocados
- 40 ml olive oil
- 10 ml Balsamic vinegar, bianco
- 2 pinch(s) salt (fleur de sel)
- 2 pinch(s) pepper, freshly ground
- some orange juice from the filleted orange
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and fillet the oranges. Then cut the fillets in half again. Peel and roughly dice the avocado and add it to the oranges. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and a little balsamic vinegar.
