Brilla's delicious grilled tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 50 g arugula
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, fresh, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the beefsteak tomatoes, halve them crosswise, and remove the seeds, leaving the cores. Wash the arugula and chop finely. Peel the garlic and chop very finely. Mix the arugula with the garlic and olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Press the mixture into the tomato halves and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the tomatoes.
