Feta cheese in aluminum foil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g sheep’s cheese (alternatively feta cheese)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 100 g Pepper, fresh
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, good

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty

Prepare 4 large rectangles of aluminum foil. Brush each with a tablespoon of good olive oil. Cut the feta cheese into even slices. Peel the onion and slice into strips. Cut the tomato and peppers into strips. Wash the fresh chili peppers and cut them into small rings. Spread the feta cheese evenly among the pieces of aluminum foil. Arrange the onions, tomato and peppers on top of the cheese. Cover the cheese with aluminum foil and bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Serve with fresh flatbread.
