Grilled feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • basil
  • olive oil
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare 4 pieces of aluminum foil. Place half a feta cheese on each piece. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top. Slice the onions into rings and arrange them on top of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with some fresh basil and, if desired, a little garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and then seal the foil tightly. Place on the grill for about 5 minutes per side. Enjoy with fresh bread!
