Carrot – Peach – Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 1 peach(s) or nectarine
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (peach vinegar) or
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

fruity raw vegetable salad

Wash the carrots and peach and grate them finely. Mix in the vinegar or lemon juice, diluting with a little water depending on the acidity. Season with salt and pepper. It tastes very fruity and refreshing.
