Fruity iceberg lettuce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 small can of pineapple, with juice
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, blanco
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces. Quarter the tomatoes and then cut them into small pieces. Chop the strawberries into small pieces and dice the cucumber into small cubes. Add the pineapple (without the juice) and mix everything together. Mix the juice with 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Add a little more balsamic vinegar, if desired. Mix the dressing into the salad and let it sit for a while.
