Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g milk powder
  • 50 g cereal (rice pops)
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 200 g candied mixed fruits (e.g. candied orange peel etc.)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g palm fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Christmas treat

Cut the fruit into small pieces. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Gently heat the palm oil. Then slowly add the liquid oil to the ingredients, stirring frequently. Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish (e.g., for lasagna) lined with baking paper. Let it set in the refrigerator. Once the White Christmas has set, cut it into pieces for consumption.
