Curry banana with rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large bananas
  • 500 g rice (long grain brown rice)
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • oil
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the rice with a teaspoon of curry powder and a pinch of salt. Halve the bananas lengthwise and coat them with a mixture of the sesame seeds and the remaining curry powder. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with rice and fresh yogurt.
