Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g cornflakes
  • 300 g chocolate (cooking chocolate)
  • 300 g chocolate (milk chocolate)
  • 170 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours

simple and delicious, makes about 200 pieces

Place 200 chocolate molds on trays. Place the cornflakes in portions into a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Melt the coconut oil in a large saucepan over low heat. Melt the chocolate piece by piece in the oil. Caution: The mixture must not get too hot, otherwise the chocolate will turn white and the cookies will look unappealing. Sift the icing sugar into the mixture, stirring constantly. When everything is liquid, add the cornflakes and stir until the chocolate mixture is evenly distributed among the cornflakes. Turn off the heat. Now, using two teaspoons, place small heaps of the mixture into the chocolate molds, stirring the mixture occasionally to prevent the chocolate from settling at the bottom of the pan. Allow the heaps to cool.
