Pizza Rolls Made from Puff Pastry

The perfect pizza rolls made from puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 275 g Puff pastry
  • 150 g Ketchup
  • 25 g Tomato paste
  • 10 g Honey
  • Pizza seasoning
  • 75 g Ham
  • 75 g Salami
  • 75 g Tuna a.d. Can
  • 100 g Gouda middle-aged
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the ketchup, tomato paste, honey and pizza seasoning well. Cut the cheese into strips or grate finely.
  3. Cover the puff pastry with the ham (salami, or whatever you like). Spread the ketchup mixture on top and top or sprinkle with approx. 3/4 of the cheese. Leave about 2 cm at the beginning and about 4 cm at the end of the puff pastry.

Note

  1. With tuna and toppings of a similar consistency, it makes sense to apply the ketchup mixture first.
  2. Fold the 2 cm wide strip onto the topping and then roll it up further. Then cut into approx. 1.5 cm – 2 cm wide slices and place them with the cut side on the baking sheet.
  3. Place the rest of the cheese on the rolls and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C.
