Ingredients

  • 1 packet Puff pastry sticks
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 150 g Boiled ham
  • 100 g Grated Gouda
  • 1 Egg
  • Italian herbs TK
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Dice the cooked ham. Separate the egg and mix the egg white with the sour cream. Add the ham, season with salt, pepper and the herb mixture. Roll out the dough and brush with the mixture, pour the grated Gouda cheese on top. Roll up into a roll (from the long side) and "glue" together with a little egg yolk. Cut the roll into 1 to 2 cm thick slices. If you freeze the roll a little beforehand, cutting is easier. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with the remaining egg yolk and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Taste warm and cold. Enjoy your meal! 🙂
