Ingredients

  • 275 g Puff pastry
  • 150 g Ketchup
  • 25 g Tomato paste
  • 10 g Honey
  • Pizza seasoning
  • 75 g Ham
  • 75 g Salami
  • 75 g Tuna a.d. Can
  • 100 g Gouda middle-aged

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the ketchup, tomato paste, honey and pizza seasoning well. Cut the cheese into strips or grate finely.
  • Cover the puff pastry with the ham (salami, or whatever you like). Spread the ketchup mixture on top and top or sprinkle with approx. 3/4 of the cheese. Leave about 2 cm at the beginning and about 4 cm at the end of the puff pastry.

Note

  • With tuna and toppings of a similar consistency, it makes sense to apply the ketchup mixture first.
  • Fold the 2 cm wide strip onto the topping and then roll it up further. Then cut into approx. 1.5 cm - 2 cm wide slices and place them with the cut side on the baking sheet.
  • Place the rest of the cheese on the rolls and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C.
