Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 parts sugar and 3 parts effervescent powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the sugar and fizzy powder thoroughly and heat gently in a small pan (preferably a non-stick one). Stir continuously but slowly. When the mixture has thickened, remove from the heat and let it cool. Then crumble into small pieces. They’ll explode in your mouth when sucked. Tip: Surprise your friends with these. Offer them the candies, but don’t tell them about their effects. You’ll see the faces on your faces.
