Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • possibly grease for the mold
  • 100 g cinnamon – sugar, amount to taste
  • 20 g butter, melted
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the batter ingredients with a hand mixer and pour into a greased or lined 26cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Then, for the glaze, whisk the egg with the melted butter and spread it over the cake. Bake for another 3-5 minutes and finally sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. The quantities for the sugar and cinnamon mixture are approximate, as I always sprinkle it over the cake based on how it looks and how it tastes.
