Lightning pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spiral)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp green pesto
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cook the pasta and drain. Transfer the hot pasta to a bowl and stir in the olive oil to prevent sticking. Then mix in the pesto. Quarter or halve the tomatoes and fold them in. The salad tastes best when cooled to room temperature.
