Ille's little quick sauce for vegetable side dishes and quick cooking

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable cooking water
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt 1.5 – 3.5%
  • 1 tbsp sour cream, or creme fraiche
  • ½ tsp, leveled curry powder, for color and flavor
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • herbs, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

without cooking with tablespoon measure, WW-suitable and calorie-conscious

The recipe is simple and easy: “per person”: Take 1 tablespoon of vegetable cooking water, whisk with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of sour cream or 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche, salt, pepper, a pinch of garlic, and a heaped pinch of curry powder. Warm this mixture briefly before serving; do not boil, and you have a quick and delicious vegetable sauce without much effort. I simply heat it in the microwave. Add herbs to taste and preference before serving. For WW 1 P or 1 PP, I charge for the yogurt during the day by the cup, as I use it up afterwards.
